The Special Olympics National Summer Games 2026 in Zug offer five days full of sport, emotion, and community: after check-in and the pasta party on Wednesday, the Games kick off on Thursday evening with the grand Opening Ceremony. Friday and Saturday are dedicated to exciting competitions and inspiring medal ceremonies, accompanied by music, shows, and fun activities in the Olympic Town. On Saturday, the Kids & Family Day adds even more variety to the programme. On Sunday, the finals and the Closing Ceremony bring this unique event to a memorable conclusion.

Marc Sway captivates audiences with his unique soul and pop voice, touching hearts and souls alike. His songs blend rhythm, emotion and pure joy of life. Live on stage, he delivers an experience full of energy, colour and feeling.

How much theatre is there in sport? The ensemble of Theater HORA, renowned athletes of performance art, turn the stage into a playing field. Familiar forms of play such as football or tennis remain recognizable, but the rules and objectives shift. Alongside points and goals, expression, interaction, and presence also matter. Our understanding of performance is put to the test. Perhaps, for once, even the audience will be commented on, their excitement observed with anticipation. Each match is created in the moment: open, collective, and with an uncertain outcome.

SchallwellA is an inclusive band, bringing together people with and without disabilities on stage. With powerful cover songs in Swiss German and a contagious joy of playing, the band shows how music can connect people – authentic, vibrant and without limits.

The Pissnelken are a unique Swiss band from Zug who, with plenty of humour, charm, and musical variety, bring classic schlager songs, evergreen hits, and original live programmes to the stage, turning every event into a special experience.
With their distinctive style, joy of playing, and strong live presence, they captivate audiences of all ages and create an atmosphere full of energy and unforgettable moments.

Stefan Roos combines captivating rhythms with emotional lyrics. His live show is driven by passion, musical joy and a close connection with the audience. An evening full of music, atmosphere and pure energy.

The young and highly dynamic drummers learn their craft at the municipal music schools of Baar and Hünenberg. They captivate their audiences with an unconventional rhythm programme, both on stage and during marching parades in the local area. They are therefore always a welcome refreshment when it comes to delivering a powerful dose of musical enjoyment.
